You just can't beat the views & the staff are excellent. Parking under Q1 or tram to the door, your choice. Carefully chosen range of wines to suit a discerning palate. Only possible downside may be a screaming kid echoing through that wonderful glazed viewing deck.
A little pricey to get up here but if you do the "deck and dine" you get $20 towards food. The views are incredible. My only complaint is that they're only letting 4 people at a time in the lift so it takes a while to clear the queue. And there's no distancing in the queue so all pointless nonsense anyway.
Food was burnt, was told I'd get 20% discount but only received 10%, 1 member out of the 5 or so I interacted with smiled and were nice. We made the best of it even though we couldn't use the scope machines due to covid, the view was beautiful and we enjoyed the experience all the same.
I love Australia! Though my trip was more limited to the east coast specifically Brisbane/Gold Coast and only because family lives there. I especially loved the Gold Coast city! What a place! The highlight was the SkyPoint Observation Deck. The building is very cool and the views are amazing! I hope to return again soon!
View was amazing, food was very disappointing. I ordered the gluten free chicken schnitzel, very oily and soggy. Chips were oily as well. Salad was the only enjoyable item. Husband got the battered barramundi and it was extremely oily and rubbery. No flakiness to the fish as it should have been. Seemed frozen. Wouldn’t go back to dine
