Can't complain, Room clean, spacious and a  good size. Actual building is a bit dated, its not 5 star but good for what it is. Right across road from beach a 5 minute walk to Cavill. Has a small indoor heated pool and spa and a outdoor pool which isn't heated. Friendly reception I would happily come back.Rooms: 5/5

Second time staying in a Ocean View Apartment, nice sized rooms, AMAZING   Views! Lovely service from the Reception staff. Will definitely be back!

Overall 3.5 stars out of 5. Stayed for almost a week in the Ocean View apartment. Very spacious and great locality and views. I would have given 4 stars, but had some minor issues - eg, bathroom and kitchen cleanliness were ok but could have been better, a number of appliances were old eg, old fridge and rusted racks, old oven etc, allocated carpark space would be difficult for some people to park noting it was free so can be forgiven, rug was old and worn etc

Wonderful place with fabulous views over the ocean. Perfectly appointed apartments with modern appliances.The loveliest receptionist, friendly, welcoming and a fount of information. Perfect for a family of 5. Close to everything, beach across the road. Safe, secure, and so clean. We can't wait to return.Rooms: 5/5

I had a great stay and the staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to get around to shops and easy to get to the parks. I had drop some stuff down the lifts and told them. They said they would get it back to me and today I got them in the mail as I came back to New Zealand so thank you so much for the kindness you have shown me and I definitely would tell my friends to use your place. I will use you again

Excellent apartment resort with everything you need Older style with larger rooms and immaculately maintained. Great location straight across the road from flagged Beach area.  Indoor heated and outdoor pool in lovely garden area with BBQ area. Even a tennis court for a quick game

Breakfree Beachpoint is a heart budget range option for your stay in the heart of Gold Coast. It is located at a leisurely 10 min stroll from the surfers paradise beach. Plenty of activities to indulge in, and heaps of food options to suit all budgets and tastes, at easy walking distance. The apartments are basic but clean, with the necessary amenities and with beautiful sea views. The one thing that they need to improve is on the after hours check in. They expect guests arriving after hours for check in, to contact them on their intercom, which is set at extremely low volumes. It's very difficult to hear when it is windy and noisy in the evening. Further, the intercom keeps cutting off, and every new call is a good 10/15 mins wait listening to their message about how they are busy attending other calls. Except this one glitch about the check in process, I would highly recommend this hotel.
