Very friendly reception staff, free mini library shelf on ground floor, our apt was refurbished and beautiful, AC only in living area, fans in rooms. Ocean view and higher apt level for extra $30.
Baronnet apartments have fantastic ocean views from balcony.The rooms are big with full kitchen/laundry foxtel tv ,with a easy 5/10minute walk into the middle of surfers paradise it is the perfect location.Beautiful swimming pool/spa ,undercover parking easy access.The managers are great Judy,Jeff,Chris.

Amazing spot! Views to die for! Rooms are very comfortable and have full kitchen and laundry facilities. Beach is 1 min walk if that. Pool and spa available too. It feels like home. It is my new favourite spot and I think it'll be my regular holiday spot.
Found a home away from home here. Will definitely come back here whenever I'm in Goldcoast.
Room was spacious and very clean.
Garbage chute on 10 th floor makes the whole level stink
