Absolutely spectacular meals. The menu And food would be fitting in any Auckland 5 Star restaurant. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I have already booked for my next visit. Highly recommended.

Very enjoyable visit. Meal was aawesone and staff member who served us was chatty and pleasant. Atmosphere very nice. Would return if ever up that way again.

Just delightful! We shared a couple of mains each as good as the other. The pork belly was perfect with beautiful seasonal vegetables. The venison was cooked to perfection on top of a tasty pumpkin puree. We had driven by the Talisman so many times and now regret never having stopped in.

Made the decision to stop in after reading Rod Mitchell’s review from a week ago. Food was fantastic, we’ve decided to make this a regular stop. Recommend the venison and pork belly dishes!
