We chose to come to Astrolabe for dinner after a show in the mount. It was packed but luckily we got a table outside which didn’t bother us. The food and drinks were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Waited more than an hour for food. Mains weren’t served all together, ten mins apart.nBeef Nachos had barely any meat on it, $30.nBurgers were good, salmon poke bowl also nice.nStaff mostly unhelpful and unfriendly, a few exceptions.
Crafty seagulls stole my Korean Chicken…but the first half was 5 star! Watch out if you sit on the patio!
Spacious, with street side terrace, indoor and al fresco areas. Very good bar and floor service. Had drinks - group of 8 - and intended to have food, however, the live DJ was a bit loud only 7pm, read the room mate. Being kid friendly is great, however, young parents who allow their little cherubs to run amok while squealing like hurt little rabbits a dozen of them and totally oblivious to other patrons, should be given a lesson or two on parenting in public spaces and we’re not boomers so we do tolerate noise . Unfortunately, we looked for another place for dinner.
Got there at 23:30 place was nice and busy. All good till we got to where we should pay entrance fee. The most rudest lady I have ever met at any club. Told the ladies that was with me to stand on the one side after they told her that I was gonna pay for them and when I payed and thought she listened to what the girls told her as I didn't know how much the entrance fee is, she talked with a rude attitude to the ladies that they need to pay to get in. I know it was a busy night, but do not treat customers in a rude way when it gets busy. That is just poor customer service. Will not be going back there soon.
