dissatisfaction! Very long wait for mains only. 55 minutes. Junior waiting staff ...poorly trained. Steak was over cooked but after the wait and so hungry ate it anyway. Expressed my concerns to senior staff but fell on deaf ears. She didn't give a toss! Over priced. I guess they survive on high tourist turn over. Won't be back. Really pissed off.

Just popped in for some desert. It was delicious! I probably could have had two to be completely honest. Have been here previously and they have a great selection of drinks, the food is delicious but when it's busy you might have to wait a bit for everything.

Was a great experience at all. This was my first time i went to a stake house in Tauranga and it was great. :) My stake was perfectly cooked to medium rare and cocktail was a great. I would recommend this for a good steak night dinner:)

Good service at the bar. Nice place to sit with background music thats not too loud for talking with friends

Ok ish! Food was nice, nothing special. Over priced for what it is. No milkshakes!!!! Couldn't get my free desert because I ordered two starters instead of a main. My two starters cost as much as the most expensive mains!
