We love every visit to Trinity Wharf. This is our romantic getaway option since we came here for our wedding night 10 years ago, and they do not disappoint. The service is always wonderful, the staff always friendly, approachable and happy to help. The rooms are beautiful, but we do always stay in the balcony and harbour view rooms with a spa bath, just wonderfully relaxing, and stunning views. The location is excellent, just a short stroll to the city and a gorgeous historic cemetery on the hill next door. Halo Restaurant on-site is lovely, the food is beautiful and staff attentive. The breakfast buffet is excellent with everything you could possibly want. We will keep coming back for wedding anniversaries and anytime we need a relaxing break. Definitely recommend.
Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, happily showed us around and the available rooms before booking. Fantastic waterfront location.nRoom was OK except for several basic issues:nNoisy heat pump on wall directly above beds,nBathroom was dangerous after a shower because the shower door had no seals so lots of water puddled on the tiles around the shower shouldn't pass safety inspection,nToilet had very weak flush and no toilet brush,nMixers had no hot/cold indicators making them awkward to adjust by trial & error which way to turn,nNo towel rail near the shower only a small rail on opposite wall above the bath,nNowhere in bathroom to put clothes down,nDressing gowns were so heavily laundered the fabric was hard and unpleasant to wear,nBreakfast choices were very limited with little attention to healthy options, so we chose to go elsewhere.
From entering Trinity Wharf to leaving the staff and service were amazing. The room was immaculate, the view incredible and the staff fantastic. We had tea and breakfast in the restaurant and both were delicious and well priced with again fabulous service. If you want to spoil yourself this is a perfect location.
I recently stayed at Trinity Wharf Tauranga and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, offering stunning views of the harbor. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed.nnThe on-site restaurant served delicious meals, the deck with a drik was the perfect spot to unwind. Overall, Trinity Wharf Tauranga provided a memorable and delightful stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!
Very beautiful rooms with a great view.nStaff very friendly and kind.nService was really slow I ordered on room service and they forgot my order.nBed in room 121 was very hard. Bath was small.nShower was amazing it was like a massage and shower all in 1.nHeaps of parking.nClose to everything 2 min drive to the town centre. Very loud in the mornings.
