I couldn't give a lower review. I took my family here to find piss on the toilet seat, hairs in the bath, and a cigarette stub in the couch all within 2 minutes of walking in the door. When we approached the manager to politely ask for help he said 'I'm not the cleaner'. When his wife came to clean it she said 'we can't do much about that' when she cleaned up. They were rude and lied to us about there being a smoke detector in the bedroom. There were obvious health and safety issues with power switches falling off the wall. The elevator closed on my 8 year old daughter and started to squash her before finally opening again. As night fell each night were were there we killed about 10 cockroaches that started crawling out over the sink and behind the oven. It was disgusting.

This was the worst nights accommodation I think I've ever had. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and bedroom. There was some random plastic item in our bed. A 1 star is to higher rating. I should have checked feed back when booking. The manager offered $50 off the room and said he had been away and didn't know about the cockroaches. Hmm that just didn't smell right. So why was there a cockroach trap on top of the kitchen cupboards??

Office staff were friendly and the room was nice and quiet, but the overall cleanliness was a little poor. The coffee cups in the room were all stained and looked dirty. The plates were dirty and needed a clean. The kettle was dirty. The linen was clean but the pillows were uncomfortable. Bathroom facilities were clean. Nothing worse than finding the basics dirty... makes you a little paranoid about everything else.

A really good location, friendly staff and everything totally spic and span. Recommended.

It is well run, is relatively inexpensive, with all the amenities one could want: spa, pool, WiFi, Sky, and underground parking. If definitely stay there again.
