From the minute we arrived, we knew that our five days here were going to be something special. We had driven in after a very disappointing hotel stay in Rotorua, so to say that it was a refreshing surprise that exceeded our expectations is to be putting it lightly. We had never booked to stay in a B&B before, so we were a little unsure what to expect, but we were put at ease very quickly. Julia & Graham have paid a lot of attention to detail in everything they've done here, from the furnishings through to the breakfasts. The views of the Harbour were amazing and it's very central to everything. We felt as though we were saying goodbye to friends when we left and would have no hesitation in encouraging our family and friends to book a stay if ever they were visiting Tauranga.

We recently stayed here and were blown away. The hospitality extended by the owners was great, they made us feel right at home. The lodge itself is outstanding and we didn't want to leave. Amazing views, hot tub and beautiful breakfasts made this place a must go to. We will be back!

This place is WOW. We held our pretty much timid hens party here on the weekend just gone and it couldn't have been a cosier venue for a rainy winter's night. There's a beautiful view, lounge and kitchen up for use depending on what you arrange with the hosts. Julia and Graham were lovely and accomodating to deal with for the duration. Simply devine. Thanks guys - 10/10!
