Susan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was very helpful and made sure that we understand everything. I just don't have enough good words to say about Susan. Due to having so many questions our appointment went for a lot longer than expected but she patiently answered all of our questions and at any point we didn't feel that she was trying to rush.
Went to this Office today and was very pleased at the experience. Very professional and pleasant staff apologies for not taking note of the two ladies’ names, with a clean and tidy office area. Whole process was streamlined and timely, completely different to my past experiences with this Organisation both personally and professionally. Thank you.
Great place to make a legally valid will for free. Excellent public service. As they charge to be the executor of your will, should you desire them to do that job, I would strongly recommend to make the beneficiary of the will the executor, as this costs nothing, unless they are not able to do this.
Go with a local solicitor for a Will. Avoid having a will with the public trustee as it is doing my head in. It has taken a year to finalise a will and it is now coming up to 10 months for a second one to be finalised. It is extremely difficult to get the same person on the phone. They border on incompetent after waiting months for paperwork to be lodged for finalisation my family is now told that paper work wasn't lodged 2 months ago as it should have been. Why are they so useless?
Absolute joke. I wouldn't recommend to anyone well over 2 years and there still looking into it and all the estate is under $100.000 how can that be so hard to get sorted
