Rude and not understanding, I'm trying to leave the post office with my son and they have toys and books and cards right next to the door and as i was trying to leave my son wanted one of everything and i said no and as i got him to walk to the door i slightly opened it and he saw a card and said lets buy one i said no come on lets go and the guy yells out 'shut the door the air conditioning is on' so i said ok as you can see i'm trying to get him out and the lady cuts me off as i am saying that to say "yeah it is to hot the air is escaping" "shut the door" so within those 10seconds i got introuble for opening the door at 9:30am in the morning seriously people have some understanding if you are going to have kids toys and books everywhere to distract them and trying to get parents to impulse buy just to avoid having tantrums when you're simply buying one thing from the post office, air conditioning isn't everything but kindness is...

The old man is very impolite to people from other nationalities. I have been visiting this place for almost an year now, twice a month, and I kept noticing his change of tone (Turns out really polite), while he was conversing with local people. what a disgrace!

The old guy behind the counter has always been rude. I do not know his nature is like this or this rudeness is only for other communities. One of the rudest person I have ever met. The least a person can do is to be kind with other people. It does not cost any money.

Awesome customer service such a lovely little post office, Michael who served me was so nice to deal with. Being new to Zillmere and Qld was a really great experience!!!!!!
