Staff are great and do their best but don’t forget to bring your lunch box, perhaps a picnic rug too that’s if you can find some floor space as it’s a looong wait and there are not enough seats. One and a half hours waiting time. The place was full of people standing all over the place.nThere are 9 booths, 6 were manned while I was waiting. At about 12.45 two staff members stopped for lunch, so that left 4 staff manning the booths - while the place was full!nTicket numbers are not called up in order, a number of people walked in and were immediately helped. Why not see people in ticket number order? I don’t get it - what kind of customer service is a wait of one and a half hours? What are elderly people supposed to do if they need to use the bathroom, do they loose their spot if their number is then called up? What about a parent with children?nnOf course staff need a break but how about planning so that there are less wait times. Employ more staff, better rostering.nTypical government services here - some third world countries do a better job. We live in a rich western world country for heavens sake!
Dropped in on a busy Thursday before Easter. Full house but I was in and out in 45mins. The staff were wonderful. They all sounded happy and helpful as I sat waiting. The lady at counter 9 that served me was polite, professional and quick at her job.nBest TMR experience ever
I went for my driving test here, I have been many times unsuccessfully but my first time here I passed. The entire process was great the service staff were efficient and polite, and then my driving instructor Melissa was incredible. She was clear with her instructions and made me feel comfortable, she is excellent.
I went in to get an old imported car registered. The documentation was old and it was at risk of not being registered.nAsha and Madonna spent over an hour going back and forth with emails and phone calls to their authorities to get it sorted. They got it across the line in the end.nI had a similar experience with an old bike a few years ago at the same location and they did the same then too.nnThanks very much for your effort team. I really appreciate it.
Very short wait, had only just pulled my ticket out of the kiosk and I had been called to the counter. Very quick and friendly service and very clean seating area
