Thank you to the staff at NBC and Lusso Kitchen for the attentive service. We had a lovely experience hosting our birthday function. The venue was lovely and the food was great. We really appreciated the staff's caring support and flexibility with accommodating with our larger group. Drinks service was great as well, and everyone had their coffee and tea :.
We had so much fun setting up our soft play at this venue!nnParking was easy too, which is always a win when you're unloading lots of heavy equipment! We had our Baby’s first birthday here last Sunday and I must say, I have chosen the best place to do it. Booked half the club with the balcony overlooking the lawn, just the perfect spot for it. I initially was so worried thinking the space wouldnt fit 50 people seated as the backdrop was big and 50 people food turned out to be 3x the table set up of what they set up for me, making it less space for seating. All turned out great in the end, thanks to the girl behind the bar! . A big thanks to Lusso kitchen team, Peter the GM, Michelle the Marketing manager, Sonia catering coordinator and again, the girl behind the bar and counter. Everyone had a fantastic time and loved the space! Sharing some photos of the space and the great spread from their catering menu, with what you can expect for 50 pax mixed seated and cocktail set-up.
Surly and rude young bar staff. Expect a side of 'tude and contempt when you order. No uniform, no customer focus and only a 'pretend' manager on duty that seemed more interested in picking a fight than addressing customer concerns. I'm guessing its one of those places where they are nicer to the locals/regulars. Speaking of which, one pest of a member repeatedly approached our clearly marked off private event no less than three times. Pissed out of his mind - bar staff had zero interest in managing the situation or cutting him off. On the positive, the food was excellent and the bistro manager and kitchen staff seemed attentive. Definitely did not feel welcome and would not return.
