Marquee Sydney, The Star

I first visited Marquee when I was travelling last year. Me and some friends from my hostel got tickets to a Friday night at Zoo and we were so happy to finally find some good R&B in Sydney! The place was packed and we danced until security told us the club was closing. It was such a fun night! Back in Sydney for two weeks on a holiday I said to my friends we had to get back to Marquee. We heard that the Sunset Bros were playing on Saturday and managed to get some of the last tickets. I can honestly say it was even better than the first time and my friends absolutely loved it. The set was amazing and the room went crazy. We managed to book a VIP table for my friends birthday and the service from all the staff, from the waitress who served on our table, to the guys that kept our table stocked, and even to the guy in the bathroom selling lollies, it couldn’t have been any better! Everyone just wanted to have a good time with us! We only have one weekend left in Sydney and we will certainly be returning this weekend for our last night. Thank you Marquee for giving us another night to remember. I only wish we had a Marquee in England too!

Horrible experience last Saturday. Friend got accused of doing drugs last weekend, and when asked to show proof they said they couldn't. When we asked who the waitress was that falsely accused of our friend doing drugs, they couldn't disclose. They kick people out based on what their staff "supposedly see" and what they say, goes. EVEN IF ITS NOT TRUE. Oh, and if your friend gets falsely accused of doing drugs, and you decide to stick up for them and tell them they are wrong and must be a mistake, THEY WILL KICK YOU OUT TOO. Not just out of the club, but ban you for 24 hours from the casino.

Ticket is expensive. Full of Chinese(Asian), will remmecond if u like Chinese.

Definitely the BEST Nightclub in Sydney! Great Dj’s, amazing atmosphere and super friendly and helpful staff members. Would highly recommend getting a VIP table with your mates. Can’t wait to go back soon!!

Awesome club. The staff, the decor, the music and the vibe were absolutely on point. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be coming back soon.
