Really terrible online service. Waited over a month for my order and was told several times that they were waiting on more stock (even though my order had been processed with no issues and money already taken out of my account). Then after about the fourth follow up suddenly I'm told they aren't getting any more stock of this item...?! Really poor experience, would not shop here ever again.

Never shopping from their online store again. They don't tell you that certain items are not in stock and leave you waiting for days on end with no communication whatsoever. 23 days, 2 phone calls, and 1 email later I'm still waiting for part of my order and have to chase them up again to find out what's going on. A far call from "professionals"!

A really friendly and comfortable atmosphere with a grand selection of luggages with very competitive prices. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Shout out to Eloise for making it a fun experience!
