Offering is limited compared to Spotlight that previously occupied this location. Too many shelves stacked too high makes it difficult to navigate the shop and I'm 181 cm (almost 6 ft ) tall. 

Bins filled with sale items are jumbled and make it hard to find anything (a fault of bins and shoppers, not staff).

Maybe i ask too much but staff should know more about craft and especially sewing patterns and fabric. Maybe they do but the cashier setup doesn't support the kind of service needed for buying the mix of goods necessary for seamstresses and avid crafts people.

Ok for some craft stuff. Store is small at Chadstone and so is the range of fabrics.

Very helpful friendly staff and a good selection off goods.  Being right near the tram stop is great too.
