Went 'opping for a day in the area and while some other little pricey stores were underwhelming, this one stood out. Not a bad size, limited parking but not impossible to find a spot, lots of bargains, lovely staff and prices were pretty good. It's kind of hidden away compared to the others whose shop fronts are on main streets, but is worth visiting.
I've found a number of great items here, and the quality/condition of items seem far better here than other salvos.
This community store is very helpful in many ways, every visit wether that be for a browse or a purchase is polite and friendly, not to mention the stores are always set out cleanly and never clogged.

This store is an absolute goldmine! I live locally and buy most of my clothes in this store. I stop by often, and always walk away with something I'm happy with. The staff, in particular Bianca, Marushka and Lesley, are lovely people, who always greet me with friendly smiles and polite conversation. Without doubt my favourite store in Melbourne.
A great find, in the heart of Glenferrie Road, Malvern. Fantastic stock with a great range of good quality clothes to choose from. Many thanks to Deidre and staff for their wonderful customer service today. They were most helpful, so I’ll definitely be stopping by again soon.
Raymond is a brilliant manager & such a kind young man. Shop is looking great & superbly run by raymond, it's regained a fabulous & caring atmosphere. Best op-shop in Melbourne.
This afternoon I been to this shop. Looking to buy some pictures frame. The lady in the counter was very arrogant and nasty. We are a consumer we allowed to see the items carefully before you buy.this lady very demanding and arrogant. You need to have a proper training. How to be respectful to your clients.
