Excellent customer service still exists at this store. As I browsed, several staff courteously greeted me to acknowledge they were available to serve me when required. The merchandising and overall presentation was spotless and a credit to the store manager. Unfortunately not all stores offer this high level you expect from DJ's. I will return when I am next in the area.
Overall service is poor, the mood of the person who assisted us was not the best and although we purchased a pricey item we felt served with rush, with not the best mood and lack of courtesy.nI understand the busy period of the year but I bet it would be preferred customers to leave with a better mood after spending those money.
It's my go to DJs. Great location when you don't want to traipse into the city. Car parking plentiful. Small, compact, quiet...same quality with all the convenience not found in city store.
Normally get amazing customer service here - but the other day I went in to try on a dress and legit had the lady working there, to my face say it would be way too tight on me - then after when the dress fit and I told her it did, and in a disgusted tone she said “really…”. Felt really uncomfortable and upset after I’m literally a size 8
I felt very well looked after by Brendan at DJ today, who was not only very knowledgeable and professional, but also really friendly and helpful!nI received the same excellent service for both a cheap soap product initially and later for a very expensive product.nThank you, Brendan!!
