Andrew and the team are amazing. Couldn't and wouldn't recommend anyone else. They have been especially helpful anytime I have gone into the store or when delivering and servicing. Highly recommend!

Jason was very thorough and very patient with his advice - particularly given I was a first time customer, with little experience, a pool in awful condition, a party of people due to come by tomorrow afternoon for a swim and a bucket load of desperate questions. Then, a swarm of 4 super blokes carried out the 4 x 20kg bags of salt to the car with a smile. Simply put - fabulous and unexpected customer service! Thank you, Simon

Really appreciated Garry laughing with other staff members about my ignorance when I was leaving would recommend highly avoiding this store like the plague they may know their stuff but if customers heard the way the staff speak about them behind their back they would be shocked and appalled. Go somewhere else.

Swimart Malvern, services my pool an a regular basis and does a fantastic job. Any issues that pop up that need fixing are promptly attended to. Would highly recommend .
