I have just spent 15 minutes in this store.  3 staff working, not ONCE during this time was I spoken too, looked at or asked if I needed assistance.  You don’t know how much I was prepared to spent to contribute to your wages.  What an absolute disgrace.  You have some wonderful products for sale and to be ignored by three staff is appalling. NB 10th January 2023.  Not a word from Owners or Management of this business!  Shame!

I like the Malvern branch of this Celebrated Australian brand for its staff, who are nice, honest, and helpful.

Terrible, terrible service. I went in to buy something for my mum and was completely ignored by the staff, one of whom was stacking towels just next to me and didn't even acknowledge me or say hello, it was at least 10 or 15 minutes before I was finally served by another lady. I was looking at dressing gowns and not only did the sales woman not show me the full range, she said there was a different kind but that it was "expensive" implying that I wouldn't be able to afford it. There are similar reviews on Google of people being ignored, I suggest the staff have proper training in customer service ASAP.

Nice selection, medium price for bed ware

Horrible service. Been waiting a week and my order hasnt been dispatched. There is no one to call to work it it out. I sent an email and they said they will reply within 4 business days even though I was told they would send me confirmation within 24 hours.
