The service and advice we were provided by Michelle and Charlie was simply outstanding. A real pleasurable customer service experience. In buying our new king mattress we did contact two other competitive suppliers, their pricing and follow up service was bad. The interest and knowledge we were subjected to was very helpful and the solution has proven to deliver all that we wanted in support and comfort. Charlie is a gentleman and made our purchase of a Healthy Life Classic bed an absolute dream (pun intended). We came into the store and he gave us all the info we needed and didn't push us at all to make a decision. A very easy process.

From point A(looking at the bed in the store)to point Z(buying my bed), the ladies at Regal Sleep Solutions in Glenferrie Road, Malvern went above and beyond my wildest expectations to deliver unparalleled, honest and friendly customer service to ensure all my very selective needs were met.I bought a firm Queen sized bed(from The Resort collection), and I got a phenomenal price on the bed and base.Also put a bamboo mattress protector on the bed..This kind of quality from another bedding company would have cost a lot more than what I paid, so you can imagine how thrilled and happy I am.The bed is beautiful and very well made(happy that it is made in Melbourne) and I have been having the best night's sleep in my life as the bed is completely aligned with my neck,pelvis and spine-it's firm yet yielding and Oh so exquisitely comfortable to sleep on my back and brilliant for side sleepers too.These series of beds are apparently placed in some hotels which is reassuring.There are obviously other fantastic bed models to choose from.I would highly recommend this company for very high quality, very well-priced beds and really great and authentic service.10/10 all factors considered.
