We attended a high school reunion at the Grapes hotel. Grant street, Ballarat  ,everyone had a lovely time, the staff, bar men waitresses  chef etc .all members of the one family, couldn't have been more accommodating.  We were there for 10 hours.and felt we knew them by the time we left.  Thank you.

Fantastic! Ignore the couple of low-rating Google Reviews, they're 2 years old. New owners now.  Great food, drinks and people. Really good menu with some cheap bar meals too. 5 mins walk home. I love it.

There's a nice feel to this pub. Good old fashioned service and tasty meals. The Kransky with mash, kraut and gravy I had in the bar today hit the spot.
