We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Fullerton. The location is fantastic, we did not take an Uber or taxi the whole time we stayed there as everything was in walking distance - we walked to Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, the Botanic Gardens, Barangaroo and more plus right outside our hotel was the best shopping area you could imagine. 2 min walk to the Westfield building was fantastic.nThe hotel itself is stunning, very elegant and the lobby/bar & restaurant area was exceptional. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, had everything we needed. Only 2 things that could be improved were the pillows which were super uncomfortable and the shower which would not stay the same temperature. It would fluctuate from cold to really hot the whole time we were in the shower, pretty annoying but minor considering the rest of our experience was great. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Sydney.

Our stay at The Fullerton was pleasant. The room was comfortable, clean and we generally enjoyed our time at the hotel. However, the service did not quite meet the standard we expected from a 5-star property.nnUpon arrival, we received a slice of cake as a welcome gesture. Unfortunately, the plate it was served on remained in our room for two days, even though housekeeping had already serviced the room. After mentioning this to the front desk, we were kindly offered a bottle of wine as an apology, which we appreciated and enjoyed that same evening.nnThe next day, the plate was finally cleared, but the empty wine bottle, glasses, and several empty water bottles were still left behind. We brought this up again before going out for a few hours, and the staff member at reception apologized and assured us the issue would be addressed — but when we returned, nothing had changed.nnWhile these are small details, they do make a difference, especially in a 5-star hotel. We hope the management will take this feedback constructively, as the overall experience and setting deserve better attention to service quality.
Great location, rooms are kept in good condition. The front desk and house keeping staff are excellent. The front liners are absolutely atrocious. Just dreadful service. Upon checking out they just push luggage your way and say ‘that’s it’ no offering assistance, whether we need a car or taxi. Doorman the same, if the bell boys missed it you’d think at least the doorman would be smarter. What a joke of a 5 star hotel. Replace them with AI bots instead.
Our best stay during our trip!nnGreat location!nnLobby is big and relaxing. Every return to hotel made us feel comfortable.nnThe room is very spacious and clean, and with a great Sydney city view as we were on high floor with thanks! The breakfast is very good with many choices as wellespecially fruits.nnStaffs from reception and restaurant were very kind and helpful as well.nnWe will choose this hotel again for our next Sydney visit!
