Fantastic hotel. Very classy and the staff are great. We arrived and got checked in straight away with a room upgrade. The rooms are lovely and if you get a higher floor the views are pretty good. The bathroom was lovely and we had the bath that looks into the bedroom. Will definitely come back !!
Location wise, perfect. Great cafes within walking distance.nnStayed 6 nights here and we loved it! I did the tour and the guide was all fun and knowledgeable! Forgot his name but he was spanish. Absolutely interesting to learn and reminisce the way the building used to operate and the gossip around it!nnThe room is all clean, hot water runs great, room service was quick, staff were attentive, the burgers was , just great experience overall.nnI would love to comeback and stay here again in the future!
The staff were extremely attentive to us and made our anniversary one to remember!nnWe came back to our room and found a Happy Anniversary cake and card from the hotel staff and supplied us with some bath salts to enjoy the spacious bath in our Tower room.nnThe bed is huge and comfortable, the hotel itself had some activities including a tour and a Friends Experience which would have been amazing! The view from the Tower is breathtaking and even more so of a night time.nn10/10 would do this again and thank you to The Fullerton Hotel staff for everything you have done to make our weekend so memorable!
This is a chronological order of our experience at the Fullerton.nFirst impression at check-in … the front desk clerk asked ‘Are you excited’ while she was looking at the computer screen, zero eye contact!nnThe bread in the juicy club sandwich room service was soggy and wet beyond the worst standard of days old sandwichnnThe hot water takes more than 3minutes to come out of the shower in Summer November!nnI always hear next doors open and close bangingnnThe Club lounge breakfast pastries were unacceptably dry!nnTo the Fullerton staff management…. tell your staff to smile… talk to your guests with eye contact cause we all know that’s rude otherwise right?nGreat building, great heritage but I just paid for your real estate by the night!nI will NOT BE COMING BACK AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS WITH THIS BUDGET TO SPEND TO STAY ELSEWHERE.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location.nThe service was disastrous! We had to ask 2 times for a bottle of champagne that was supposed to be in the room at our arrival, and had to wait an hour for it!nWhen they cleaned the room on the first day they did not pick up the trash and the room was not cleaned for 2days.nWe had to ask for it to be cleaned so the trash stayed in the room for three days.nWe “complained” about it during our stay to Anna that was here she was really apologetic and really nice she tried her best to resolve the issues, so I would like to thank her but unfortunately things did not improve.nnDuring the checkout we talked to the manager about it, but he didn’t seem to care.nTold us he was going to investigate it and come back to us, be we did not hear anything about it!nThey charged us for something two days after the checkout and no receipt was given to us so we don’t know what is it about the email that we send got no answer.nAlso the room looks really old big Scratches on almost all the furnitures.nOverall extremely disappointed about everything definitely not coming back this is not worth your money.
