Fantastic Stay at Hyatt Regency SydneynnI had a fantastic experience at the Hyatt Regency Sydney. The staff were welcoming and professional, making check-in a breeze. My room was immaculate, modern, and offered a stunning view of Darling Harbour.nnThe hotel’s facilities were top-notch. Dining at the Sailmaker Restaurant was a highlight, with a superb breakfast buffet and excellent service.nnWhat truly stood out was the exceptional level of service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Sydney and look forward to returning!
Wonderful experience. Arrived early, and they provided a room upgrade to harbour view, early checking, and late checkout. Dined in for breakfast. Fantastic assortment of foods on the buffet. Excellent service. Held our bags until our plane left late in the evening.
great service. Good assortment for Breakfast at the lounge. Great assortment for evening with nice wine, spirits and good food. Please note the eggs station in the club lounge which is quite unusual and staffed with competent and very friendly staff. Good level of recognition of Globalist tier
A very reasonable and clean property in downtown Sydney. The staff was kind, especially Oliver from the front desk. While the laundry service was costly compared to the average at most hotels, it was done well and was worth it. My grandmother enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and we had a pleasant experience. The rooms are a little small compared to some Hyatt Regency hotels, but it was a good experience.
Love this hotel!nI've stayed there five or six times now, and every time feel like a valued member of the family. The customer service is beyond reproach, and rooms & dining is fantastic. I spend around 100 nights a year in hotels, and Hyatt Regency Sydney ranks up amongst the best.
