It's a really conveniently located hotel with super smooth self check-in and modern amenities. Their restaurant has a limited yet tasty menu. The stay is worth it with breakfast included with a plethora of options to start your day with. Rooms are spacious, I stayed here for 3 days on my business trip and loved every bit of it. They had a microwave oven too so was easy for me to cook some food. Also, I forgot to check the cupboard but I did later to find out that they had a hair dryer and an iron as well. Unfortunately it was my checkout time so I couldn't utilise it but if you as a guest are reading this review then please check the room properly for such hidden amenities. Overall a great experience, polite staff too. Loved it!
Good sized room and great shower.nSmall kitchenette area, microwave and fridge.nHotel was clean and tidy in all areas.nnOnly gave 3 stars for service as we only interacted with one staff member from the restaurant who was very helpful.nThe check-in and check-out process was via an automated kiosk which worked very well and the floors were cleaned by a robot vacuum who stopped for us as we passed but other than that, had no personality !nThe location worked well for us, close to the Museum station, World Square and Tram and only 10 minutes walk to QVB and another 10 to the Darling Harbour and the Rocks.nThe In-house restaurant looked good, but we didn't have a chance to eat there.
Overall it is a good deal. Affordable room rates and strategic location. Staffs are polite and helpful. Room is well clean. The sound proofing is not really good so you may expect some noise from other guests walking out if your room is located near the lifts. The breakfast is basic English breakfast you can order sunny side up egg etc from the counter as they serve only scrambled eggs on the line. I had a relatively good week of stay at this hotel.
Nice experience! Good staff and beautiful room! Very near the centre of Sydney.nThe only thing maybe I could recommend is to add something sweet for foreign tourists during breakfast...like a European tourist I missed the sweets options like : croissant/cake/muffins/waffle/pancake/cookies ...but I know we are in Australia! I really appreciated the Nutella!nI'm not complaining, only sharing another point of view! Have a good day and thanks for the beautiful stay!
The location is convenient but the room is dated and even not as clean as expected. Wall is thin and I can hear next door closing their closest and I’m sure they can hear mine. People talking in corridor echo in the room. Poor insulation. Minimal amenities, tea bags replenish not guaranteed. Toiletry is also minimal. Bring your own toothbrush! Will I stay here again? 90% no.
