Nice hotel with a great location!nDefinitely the best about this hotel is the location, right in downtown near from everything.nnCleanliness and shards are not really impressive but the room is comfortable enough, the staff was kind but not really giving the extra on service.nnThe morning buffet was just okay, they can improve the options during the breakfast, you have coffee and tea at the room which is really nice.nnWiFi is a bit slow but still you can finish some work in case you have to.
Perfectly located, walking distance to the city centre and many other sites.nThe bed and pillows were very comfortable, I slept well every night.nThe turn down service happened late in the afternoon, which normally wouldn’t be an issue, but as I was working and using the room as my office after meetings this did cause a bit of an inconvenience.nThe restaurant had some great menu options.nOverall the stay was comfortable and convenient.
A very nice relaxed hotel with pleasant friendly staff. Our room was comfortable and quiet. There is a bar and restaurant serving tasty snacks and meals at a reasonable price. We were in Sydney owing to a sudden family bereavement. The considerate friendly staff were very comforting. Especially Sol who was working at the reception desk. Thank you for your kindness.
room was clean and tidy. Not sure what was happening in Sydney that week but the cost of accommodation was very high. I've stayed in better places for much less previously. There was nothing fundamentally wrong with the place though - room was good and bed comfortable. But table to work from was very small and the A/C fan quite noisy, even on the lowest setting.
The hotel is located in the CBD area, within a walking distance from the primary points of interest and museums. The hotel is also close to the Museum stop of the T8 train line from the airport. The self-checkin and self-checkout are quick and easy if you don't want to make the Front Desk busier. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean, well air-conditioned and quiet, located on the 14th floor. The breakfast options were of good selection, whatever dear to Europeans and North Americans; much appreciated the tea assortment on the buffet as well! Overall, a good stay at a very convenient location.
