We stayed here one night for pre cruise day.  Since our flight arrived early in the morning, I requested early check-in which was honored.  Location was perfect that all the interesting spots were within 10 to 20-minute walking distances.  Room was spacious with very comfortable bed, tasteful furniture and decoration, nice Hyde Park view.  Bathroom was furnished with all the necessities and very plush towels.  Club was excellent for both happy hour and breakfast.  Food served were in impressive quality and varieties and servers were very attentive.

Positive: The room was impressively quiet, even though it was located right next to the lift. I appreciated the breakfast options, as they offered both Western and Chinese styles, catering to a variety of tastes.nnNegative: My room did not face Hyde Park and the view wasn't ideal. It would have been nice to have the option to open the blinds for more natural light. I felt that the decor could benefit from a lighter color palette, as the darker tones gave the space a somewhat enclosed feel. Additionally, having a shower fixed to the wall was not what I expected for a 5-star hotel; a handheld option would be more comfortable. Lastly, the bed was a bit soft.

We just checked out and this hotel made such good impression that I have to make a review since i don't usually do. We stayed in Sheraton for 4 nights and the location is the best, being across Hyde Park where my kids and I just lounge on the grass most afternoons.nnThe housekeeping is excellent! The breakfast has so many choices and their servers and chefs were all so friendly! The concierge and bellmen were so helpful. Special mention to Lester for the excellent customer service.nnOnly reason for not giving total of 5 stars is that when we had dinner, the customer service was not comparable to the breakfast staff. Maybe because we have kids and strollers? I dunno.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Great location and even has a really good pool with the water at a perfect temperature on the 22nd floor. For our 3rd visit at the same time next year, I would love to finally see a standard pork sausage on the breakfast menu along side the spicy sausages which are currently being served. Vietnamese spicy pork sausages are certainly not my cup of tea to start the day off with every morning.
