We only spent one night here but wished we had spent more! The decor and design of this Sheraton was so beautiful and the facilities were awesome. The pool was so cool to swim underneath the skyline of Sydney and the random patios all over were amazing! The executive lounge was beautiful and Florian was the most gracious and kind employee I have ever encountered at any other lounge I’ve ever been in. He was kind and so intuitive. After becoming a mother, my hotel experiences have changed drastically and I really appreciated Florian’s perspective on it. The breakfast buffet was delicious and they had so many options. Our omelettes were dynamite. Highly recommend this location and Hyde park is absolutely beautiful and so easily accessed from this property.

We really enjoyed our stay here - for a start, being an older hotel means there's a lot of old world charm and bigger rooms and bathrooms! which is nice. You don't have to upgrade just to get some breathing room.nnThe in-room dining was diverse my baked salmon was fresh and tasty  and the late-night menu isn't just small snacks - plenty of meal options for the hungry.nnHouse keeping was excellent - water and other consumables were replenished daily and room was cleaned without fail.nnLocation couldn't be much better - a very short and easy walk away from all the shops and activity.nnAnywho...this was a last minute booking which doesn't always work in my favour but I picked well this time

Location is fantastic right across from the park, walkable to and lot of food options and shopping! From our room, it’s not sound proof. We can hear all the construction as soon as it starts around 7AM, banging, trucks backing up beeping, even at 1AM something was happening. And as someone used to black out curtains at other hotels this one does not have any in our room. So be aware of those things. It’s still very nice, great location and big rooms with the king bed.

Excellent hotel in great location.Rooms were great, I love the bed with all the sockets and dim lights. Bathroom was so royal. Love the mirrors in room.  Tea bags box was in a leather box. It’s all the small things that makes the whole experience great.

We are currently staying at the Sheraton as a family of four and it is a wonderful stay. Comfortable and spacious rooms, lovely rooftop pool and gym, fabulous evening meal last night. Staff are exceptional, with Maria taking so much care to help us today when the lifts were out of order for ten minutes. May on the front desk also depends a special mention. We will definitely return the next time we are in the city.
