This has become our go to for our Sydney holidays.nThe staff are so friendly and welcoming and always go above and beyond.nParking and access is easy off the street, valet parking staff are very efficient.nRooms are always spotless, and the Hyde Park view rooms have a beautiful outlook.nThe club lounge is one of the best in Sydney, the range of food & drinks is excellent but the highlight would have to be the buffet breakfast down below in the restaurant, it is one of the largest and most diverse I've seen, the choice is exceptional.nHave stayed at a few other 'high end' hotels in Sydney and they don't compare to this place.

The staff at the Sheraton Grand Hotel Hyde Park are exceptional, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Upon my request, they promptly facilitated a room change due to my preference for a different window setting and even upgraded me to the club floor.nnOn the day of my tour, which began before the breakfast restaurant opened, they graciously prepared a breakfast box for me.nnThe room itself was comfortable and offered a stunning view of Hyde Park. It was impeccably cleaned and maintained throughout my stay.nnBreakfast at the hotel was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the egg station with various cheeses, the fresh juice maker, and the daily availability of fresh avocado and papaya. However, the temperature in the breakfast restaurant was notably cold, with a persistent draft from ceiling openings. Although the staff tried to accommodate me with a warmer table, the only suitable area near the window was often unavailable.nnOne significant drawback was the spa's limited availability for treatments on Mondays and Tuesdays, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this caliber. As a result, I was unable to book multiple treatments during my stay. Additionally, the steam room was out of order for the entire duration of my visit. These issues were disappointing and prevented me from giving the hotel a full five-star rating.

Do not modify or upgrade booking via their app or email “modify or cancel reservation”option. It doesn’t translate to front desk. I’ve been overcharged and now in loops trying to get refund. Front desk staff Anna is amazing and so hospitable. As are all staff. Do not opt for “city view” room on lower levels, looking directly at a wall. Buffet breakfast is vast and not to be missed. Better views and rooms at hotels around The Rocks however

I spent 7 nights here. This was by far the best Sheraton I’ve been to. The staff are all very well-trained and helpful. The service is top notch. Rooms are modern and sparkling clean. Descent gym and indoor rooftop pool. Amazing food at the Club Lounge. Location is prime. I couldn’t recommend it any further.

The hotel staff were kind and welcoming. The rooms were getting to renovation point. I was there for business and everyone agreed the thermostats were broken became they rooms were like ovens. So hot which made the comfortable beds a waste as you just sweltered on them. The prices the hotel changes for room service items is out of touch. Extortionate prices actually. I felt really disappointed by this and it took away fromnThe experience the hotel was trying to offer.
