Fantastic food combined with great service is sure to please. The menu is short and sharp and the Marseille soup is delicious. Try the desserts, try the entrees, try everything! You will not be disappointed. Great wines too!

What an absolute delight this place is!! The service the food the atmosphere. Catered to our dietary specifications with a smile! This is fine dining at its best. The prices also reasonable. This restaurant puts all the restaurants on Lygon street to Shame for quality, value and service. Recommend to everyone! Including vegetarians and Muslims.

This is an amazing restaurant. I’ve been there twice now, and everything I’ve eaten has been absolutely delicious. First it was the roast lamb, cooked to perfection, with a really interesting and delicate accompaniment of many-coloured radishes - a beautifully executed reinvention of a traditional dish. Then there was the rainbow trout with watercress and fennel - a mouthwatering combination, with scrumptious dressings. Every mouthful was a taste sensation. I can’t wait to go again...

I'm a massive foodie and a stickler for good food and The French Milk Bar was very impressive. I had the corned beef and was tempted to lick the plate. Won't disappoint. Will be back. Brad & Rose
