Great hotel; very good prices. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Very pleasant place to stay. We stayed for 3 nights for our wedding anniversary and enjoyed it very much. The heated pool and spa are a great bonus to kill time.nA few things need improving however; the doors, main and of the bathroom are a bit old and tired. Room carpet needs better vacuuming. The food in the dinner buffet could be more versatile.
I went to the Devon hotel 22 years ago for the buffet. It was great experience then & 22 years later I took my wife for dinner. The buffet was still available and my wife was amazed with the selection of foods. She loves seafoods, which she said was fresh & delicious. The rest of the food did not disappoint & we would recommend the marbles to anyone. Thanks.
Upon entering we were greeted by very professional staff to check us in. They graciously upgraded our beds! The room and bathroom look as if brand new. We have been road tripping around New Zealand and this hotel by far stood out amongst the rest we've stayed in. Staff were very accomodating to our situation. We even rented out bikes to explore the beachfront! Highly recommend.
This hotel was wonderful! Great staff at the front desk. The room was clean, and the shower was so strong. The free bikes to use were great and helped us discover the waterfront. The pool and spa were great. The shower pressure was incredible! Really enjoyed my experience in this hotel!
From start to finish a fantastic experience, welcomed by super friendly professional staff. Then up to our room which was very clean, modern and comfortable it had everything you needed. No need to leave as they also have a restaurant and bar! Fantastic parking and polite farewell! Fantastic price i will definitely be back! I travel for work and this is one of the best little spots its the values that count!
