My husband, mother, brother and myself stayed for 2 nights on the 9th and 10th Feb. It was awesome. Loved the pool and seating area plus it was right outside our door. Comfortable beds and everything was nice and clean. Neat restaurants. Friendly staff. The only thing missing was a tea towel to dry our cups but otherwise excellent and highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed with family group ranging in age from 6 years to 77 years of age. Rooms were great, very clean and spacious.nPool was amazing and we all loved it. So nice to have the heated pool.nStaff were amazing and overall we felt it was great value.nAlso little details like washing machines to use for free and a tap to fill up water bottles were an added bonus.nAlready planning a return trip!

Amazing pool.  Even more amazing beds the most amazing nights' sleep ever - if they could tell me where they source the mattresses and toppers from I'd be very happy.  Friendly and helpful staff.  Fantastic laundry facilities.  Cosy and luxurious rooms.  The parking is frustrating, as other reviews have mentioned.  All in all though, a fantastic venue in such a lovely city.

Great place to stay, good location to walk to cafes or the beach/river walk. The outdoor areas are lovely with lots of seats and nice shade along with beautiful artwork in the gardens. We had dinner at the restaurant, good choices and value for money, also a great way for kids to be able to try some new food from the buffet. Our 2nd night we had to park on the side road as the carpark at hotel was full. But there was lots of street parking which was good. The pool was just awesome, it was so easy to grab a beach towel from reception. Reception area is just lacking some brochures of places to visit and things you can visit in the local area, but overall would highly recommend and would definitely stay her away. Thankyou

Great hotel; very good prices. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Very pleasant place to stay. We stayed for 3 nights for our wedding anniversary and enjoyed it very much. The heated pool and spa are a great bonus to kill time.nA few things need improving however; the doors, main and of the bathroom are a bit old and tired. Room carpet needs better vacuuming. The food in the dinner buffet could be more versatile.
