Have stayed here twice now. Thoroughly enjoyed the newly renovated private room tucked away next to the laundry, very elegant decor and design. Pet friendly has me ticking all the boxes. Second stay the room was bit outdated and not so quiet or private being near one of the back exits. Highly recommend. Would stay again
Loved our stay. Excellent service from Dan from when I called to book, to our welcome at reception. Our room was everything we needed. Clean and tidy and nice new TV. Appreciated the 'real' milk and quality tea offerings. Swimming pool was nice to cool down on a hot day. Very close to the beach and seaside walkway. Track down is not kn Google maps so ask at Reception how to get there. Only suggestion is to add the TVNZ on demand app to the TV, as we couldn't add it ourselves.
Always a good spot to stay in NP. Generally get a room near the pool & it’s quiet back there. Rooms have everything you need, spacious, bathrooms big enough. Everything to cook if needed. Beds are comfortable, queen size and single.nCan order room service extra fee. Restaurant has a good range. Had the beef cheeks, extra eggs, chips and garlic bread. 10/10.nDefinitely worth a stay here, everything is so close, including walkways down to the beach.
Loved our stay here. Booked a family room, was spacious for the 4 of us. Great shower and comfy beds. Reception and house keeping staff were lovely and went above and beyond for us. Excellent location. Wish we could of stayed longer.
Our experience is quite good. Arrived late as we enjoyed Taranaki and new plymouth first before coming to the motel. The lady in the counter is really nice. Accomodated us quickly after checking that our booking was done online. Even given extra milk. She explained the things we should know and instructed us where to find our place after handing us the keys. Inside the room. I find the things sufficient. Not the fanciest but really enough. Check out is also really quick!!!nThumbs up to the team!
