Stayed here mid 2023, great stay. Booked 2 rooms, one of them had to be a more expensive one as they only had one cheaper one left but when we arrived they upgraded the other one as well for free! The staff were so kind, rooms were clean and looked good. The pool was a massive plus and it was heated so we swam in it after dark in the middle of winter! Will definitely be staying here again.
Always try and stay here for work at least once every couple of months. A few laps of the heated pool followed by a nice spa is perfect. The wonderful staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Although the menu has changed in the on-site restaurant, the food is still delicious.
Really enjoyed our stay here, we were upgraded to the presidential room for our 3 night stay. Rooms clean, lots of space, ocean view. Hotel facilities were wonderful, bar, gym, pool area & on-site restaurant. Location was good close to bottle shop, restaurants, gas station & New World. We really enjoyed out stay.
Found the initial service quite poor however it did improve. Comfortable room although shower and toilet in together and no working lock on the sliding door. Pool was quiet and gym was empty. Very good breakfast and service in dining room.
Good hotel for a quick stay. The room it's ok, bed comfortable enough. There are not enough TV channels. The room I was in was a bit noisy due to proximity to road, but was quiet at night when traffic receded. Internet speed is good. Did not get the room cleaned when I was out of the room, and when cleaners did pop up I was working and could not leave the room, so I cannot blame them. Breakfast is next door at The Orangery restaurant belongs to hotel, it's the regular buffet breakfast at reasonable price.
