Really loved our Saturday lunch at the Cornish. Service was excellent from every person who interacted with us, food was great and atmosphere so relaxed. Particular shout out for the corn ribs, fish tacos and vegan lime spider. Will be back and looking forward to it Thank you!
Went on steak night and might have been the worst piece of steak I’ve had in a long time. The sauce that came with it couldn’t even salvage it. Chips salad were good but pray you don’t get a steak looking like ours. Actually paid more for the porterhouse option than the rump. Wish I stuck with the rump.
Awesome pub with pro-vegan feel … ample serving sizes, great service and menu options for non-vegans as well. Snack menu was the highlight and would love to see expanded dessert options.
The food here was good. I got here a little earlier than my 6:15PM booking with my partner. The service was very good, friendly and hospitable.nI ordered the classic pub meal of Chicken Parma, which was very good. There was to be no complaints and it definitely hit the spot.nMy partner got a pasta that was on a different menu to the main one. It was very tasty with prawns and chorizo I believe. My one complaint about the pasta was that it was slightly undercooked for our tastes. It was perhaps a little below Al Dente but still perfectly edible! Everything about the meals were scrumptious and the food arrived promptly!
