Our spaces include;

DOC MARTINS- From 7.30am serving coffee, breakfast and lunch. Doc Martin’s transforms from an elegant place to dine by day to a buzzing bar by night, featuring the most substantial range of aperitifs and digestifs in Melbourne.

MAGNOLIA COURTYARD- Our outdoor Magnolia Courtyard is our social hub rain, hail or shine. With a retractable roof for when Melbourne’s at its best and heaters for when it’s living up to the stereotype, there’s always something in the air. Perfect for afternoon lunch or after work drinks.

COLLINS PUB- Warm, friendly, inviting and open, yet with enough room to keep a few secrets. Take a seat for a quick bite, or book a booth if you know you’ll be settling in. When the weather demands it, the fireplace is crackling from sun up until well after last drinks are called.

PINK ALLEY BAR- Nestled in-between sky scrapers our new open air function space is open for all seasons and is the perfect place to celebrate your birthday, throw a corporate function or share an intimate experience with close friends.

BLIND ALLEY BAR-With a mountainous range of sprits, cocktails, tap beer and great wine on offer, the Blind Alley Bar feeds off the Magnolia Courtyard's atmosphere to bring Collins Quarter alive.
