Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Wonderful tobacco prices. Good and surprising range of gift items like incense and accessories, glasses/mugs, signs, jewellery etc. and great range of cigarette accessories, pipes etc. Some vape products available, a small range but carefully chosen, tried and tested, reliable products and they have all the extras you need for them, with personal support for any questions or issues. Definitely perfect for getting last minute things like gifts, milk, drinks, snacks and hot pies. I come for the prices, but I keep coming back because of the people. At both of their branches.
Good helpful "behind-the-counter" help, however it "is as named" for smokers. Don't expect the range of vaping-products as with vape-shops. Not bad prices on tobacco- products tho'. I know there isn't much margin after govt exice-taxes for them. Word of mouth pays large dividends in such a cut-throat business today. Good luck to them.
