Well this supermarket staff has improved over the years so I give a 5/5 rating. Food is good Fresh fruits. My mother energy drink esp Berry and original.
To the young lady at the checkout who was able to scan my groceries and talk with enthusiasm to my 6 YO. She gave him the attention he needed to the point when I finished paying, he was still chatting to her and I had drag him away. It was really nice to have someone positive and engaging.
Omg seriously Alice springs Woolworths has more to offer than this place.nSuch a disappointment that these supermarkets here in NZ cannot cater to the community. This is why people move to Australia nProvide more products for your customers. How hard is it to provide redbull in boxs of x4 - x8 - x12.nIf its available in the Australian desert then there is no reason as to why you cannot provide the same product! And make sure that it stocked.nnCater to your community and stop pushing products on to people.nThe management team should be sent to Australia to see what they offer so NZ stores can then step up for basic improvements for productivity in store.nYour store offers is embarrassing.
Was sick so ordered online delivery, they sent Uber instead of the regular truck and they forgot 3 out of 6 bags, then they found them and said they would drop off in ten min, waited an hour and they didn't, cancelled my online delivery, is cheaper and easier to get click and collect at new world and they don't charge the $3.50 click and collect fee
Hire more staff. 1 on the self checkouts. 1 on checkout. I was in a line of 6 people . Waiting waiting waiting. There are more checkouts available if you had more staff
