Awesome staff at this store. Always very helpful. I wanted to buy a jacket for my dog so took him in and they were very helpful - letting me try different ones and explaining the features. Recently I tried to buy a retractable lead online as they were on special but the one I saw in store was not on their website, but they were still happy to honour the online only price. The staff always offer my dog free treats when we go in too. A nice touch.
