Great shop that is bigger than it looks. Staff are happy to order in what they can if they don't have something in store. Clean and tidy. Animals on lead, or otherwise restrained, are allowed to accompany their owner. There is even a grooming service attached to this store. Great assets for a growing town.

Great selection of pet goods, they also have Doghouse Deli NZ healthy dog treats, so very happy to see those!

Staff always friendly and helpful. Took dog for groom. Service was quick and costs low. Products all set out neatly and easy to find

Since the change of ownership it has gone from strength to strength. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. The pet groomer is just as friendly,  and does a great job with grooming as well.
