The girls were very helpful here when l had a problem with a cat harness that had jammed shut. The product works well on my cat and the fit is great. Super product selection, and they run specials sometimes, which l like. Thanks, Animates, Whanganui.
Super helpful. Needed new food for my babies as they decided they didn't like the current one anymore. Very knowledgeable in relation to raw content and methods of production. Very happy with service.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can also get your water tested here which is handy especially for our fish.
Excellent service they went above and beyond for my alaskan malamute when I took him in for a bath . He's 12yrs old and very heavy so they helped me put him in the wash tub. He then when we were leaving slipped on the floor and they were helping me to get him up off the floor. My poor ol boy is smelling beautiful and doing ok he was hurt just clumsy. Thanks again so much for your great friendly help and service.

I love going to Animates Whanganui, the staff are always amazingly friendly and helpful. Always taking the time to hear a couple of quick cute stories about my pet and any food recommendations by staff and always gone down a treat with my wee cat. Thank you for your fantastic customer service!
Service from staff mixed. Told by one staff person price for what we wanted was wrong but we still bought the product because the staff person we saw when we went to buy have us a discount. Prices dearer than other similar businesses. Large range of product. Friendly staff.

Great range of all sorts of products. Lovely friendly staff who take a personal interest in your pet. Very helpful -not at all pushy. A lovely relaxed atmosphere - a happy experience-I recommend them.
