I had two completely different experiences in two days at Noel Leeming, Whanganui. On Tuesday afternoon, I went in to get help with my son's phone and the two people I dealt with couldn't have been more unhelpful and disinterested - the lady in particular was rather rude and was doing something on her phone while I was talking to her. Yesterday I went back and I had 4 people who offered to help me and seemed like they were delighted that I was there and super friendly and helpful. One guy's name was Alex, one guy had a 'sheriff badge' on as part of the promotion, one was a cell tech didn't get his name and I'm not sure of the other guy's name. But I will definitely go back after having such great service YESTERDAY!
I have spent thousands and thousands at Noel Leemings and today they just lost me as a customer. I bought a new iphone screen saver for my iphone 16 pro max and they wanted to charge me $10 for putting it on for me. Shame on you Noel Leeming for not looking after your loyal customers
This morning I was served by a young man named Mostyn. He went above and beyond normal customer service. He is a credit to your store
Been a customer of Noel Leeming for over 30 years… never had an issue… bought a laptop which was faulty and they wouldn’t honor return or refund policies… great place selling until you have an issue, then they take the item multiple times, don’t fix… return…till out of warranty period … will never shop there again.
Did a click and collect the day after boxing day, so busy as heck time of year to be shopping. Staff were friendly, efficient, very helpful and had us in and out without stress. Will definitely be back.
