Im getting married we have purchased our groomsmen suits from the palmerston north branch ther is 4 groomsmen including the groom everything was choosen out & recorded with wot they are wearing which meant each groomsmen could go in separately in ther own time 1 of our groomsmen came in they gave him the pants n shirt only & charged for the suit bag they missed out the bow tie suspendis n waistcoat which was also recorded so he only has half his suit grrrr 😠 another groomsmen lives in upperhutt we asked if the staff could email the info to upperhutt brunch so he could get fitted this was not done after asking twice i had to call upper hutt brunch n organise this myself for a customer spending over $1000 this service is extremely poor not helpful over charged no attention to detail especially being for a wedding highly incompetent n untrustworthy of following out a simple task anyone getting married i would not recommend using this branch if u wana walk away with only half ur suit.
