Jeanswest

We arrived in Palmerston North plaza to buy some Jeans. We stopped in at Jeans West and was greeted with a lovely young girl who welcomed us with a smile. We were very impressed with her customer service and purchased 2 pairs of Jeans. What really impressed us was the fact she was in there by herself and gave everybody her personal attention with a smile considering she had not had a break all day. Jeans West you have a very loyal worker.

Perciously in the past I have had nothing but excellent customer service an felt valued like a valued customer and was always welcomed by the staff with a lovely smile always. Recently my experience in the store have been the complete opposite it is now sadly a store I no longer want to visit
