Just Jeans

Worst customer service today on 12/11/22 morning shift to be specific. Staff are very bias and selective to the customers. No guidance or help offered. Very rude when asked for assistance. It’s not nice to say to the customer not to touch any Jeans that are not needed. But “hey, customer need to touch the fabric and find the right size. You shouldn’t prevent anyone from touching the stuff in the store!!. Customer is always the priority and the Just Jeans Palmerston North branch really need to fix their customer service attitude. What a disappointment and will email a formal complaint to the company.

Very professional service! Staff members attentive and polite - one in particular, Ella, had good product knowledge and was great helping me find a pair of jeans that were of the fabric I preferred, that I could afford and which fitted me perfectly. Would recommend! Well done.

Went shopping for a pair of jeans and came out feeling amazing with not only jeans but other tops as well. The staff were kind and caring, nothing was a bother and was never rushed at all. Would recommend and we will be back!

Great jeans selection & excellent service.

Went shopping with my son and Tahlia and Tiana were exceptional. They were friendly, fast, helpful beyond any shop I have ever been in and we scored some great clothes for my sons weekend away. The girls didn't talk much but were quick to get the items right sizing. We were in the shop for close to an hour and their attention did not falter. Thankyou girls excellent service well appreciated!!

The service at the Just Jeans shop in Palmerston North on Tuesday 9 July at 3 pm was terrible. The shop had only one other customer. The two girl assistants in the shop made no effort to help us. We waited to pay-despite one shop assistant not having a customer .The changing rooms are FILTHY. The bottom of the trousers I tried on got covered in dust and dirt , as did my socks . This is a health and safety disgrace. I told the girls in the shop that the floor in the changing rooms was filthy , and was assured that they were going to be mopped that night after closing hours.. I hope that is the case. The dirt I encountered was OLD dirt, not recent dirt. I wonder if I went in there again tomorrow if I would encounter the same squalor . I have always enjoyed shopping at Just Jeans and was deeply disappointed at my experience today
