For a shopping trip that should have taken 10m nearly an hour later. I dislike shopping here greatly due to it being so disorganized and never being able to find anything. 1 item was chalk paint, certainly not by the crafts rather home decor and then to find half an hour later, you never would have guessed it, behind the pyjama's. Go figure. Time to reorganize. A very disgruntled shopper
good items, good quality , but staff are horrible. they are completely racist to coloured families coming from past experiences. it hurts to give this a bad review even though I’ve been shopping here for my whole life . Some lady staring at my family with giant scared eyes looking like we were gonna steal something. I dropped something on accident but people were busy and walking past so I waited and was gonna pick it up but the lady that had been following us and staring us down picked it up and asked if we were alright with a voice like we were gonna steal something. That day we bought over 100$ worth of items. never again.
Love KMart Palmerston North. Everything is clearly labeled, aisles are wide enough, prices are good variety is fabulous and customer service is friendly. I go here everytime I come to Palmy, for the variety. Wish we had KMart in Masterton.. I enjoy either popping in for a specific item, or browsing the special racks.
Me and a couple of my mates were in the store look for a present for a mates up coming birthday day when a man came a escorted us out and he gave us no reson at all he just forced us to leave asking for our parents we are all 16+ with licances and other ID he then followed us all around the town block and kept following, we did have a friend who was deep Māori wearing a te triti hat so I have a hunch that that had to do with it . I am very displeased of the professionalism of there staff not happy one bit
All you need is here. Great relation price/quality.nnIt has big parking at Plaza shopping center, 1st hour is free.nnOpening time from 8:00 am to midnight 7 days a week. That's great to early or late shopping.nnUsually it's tidy and easy to find what you are looking for.nnThe music is nice. Classics from 80's and 90's that I love.nnA lot of automatic tills. The line to pay that it can ve long run very fast.
