I know Kmart could be better, but it’s hard to expect much from a place like that. The workers are always trying their best, but the customers can be a bit wild and messy. I love Kmart and always will, but maybe we, as customers, should try to keep the store tidy and presentable. By the way, I also really appreciate the security at Kmart. Some other stores can feel a bit too watchful, but Kmart has a friendly and relaxed vibe that makes you feel at ease. I will always love you Kmart
good items, good quality , but staff are horrible. they are completely racist to coloured families coming from past experiences. it hurts to give this a bad review even though I’ve been shopping here for my whole life . Some lady staring at my family with giant scared eyes looking like we were gonna steal something. I dropped something on accident but people were busy and walking past so I waited and was gonna pick it up but the lady that had been following us and staring us down picked it up and asked if we were alright with a voice like we were gonna steal something. That day we bought over 100$ worth of items. never again.
We visited K mart about 2 weeks ok now. We are from South Taranaki.nI did some shopping. I was So Shocked to see the State of The Shop. It was Very Messy. Stuff everywhere and I gave up in the End because of it Been So Yuk.nShelves were empty and things were like Thrown in.nI only saw 1 Staff member at Clothing. Asked her where to find a product. Then I said This Shop is Mess and So untidy!nStaff lady said It's Always Like This Everyday!nWell I'm Not Coming Back.nRather Go To The Ware house Any day as So Tidy and Have more Staff. A very disappointed Person
Just bought a gift card worth $100 recently and gifted to my friend when they tried to use the card it had no money . Showed them the bill and they’re saying its a different card. But the store lady gave me the card and they are saying it’s a different card. Not willing to refund the money. The person who billed made the mistake and they are blaming us we lost the card and not returning the money. Such a pathetic irresponsible staff who doesn’t know the job. We lost our $100.
I was told by a staff member to do an online click and collect for a product that was in stock but unreachable due to having being just delivered to store in the storeroom , the click and collect was cancelled and refunded the same day, so I rung the store to ask why and was told, that the staff member was probably to lazy to go find the product in the storeroom, was not offered an apology, the person I talked to couldn't care less, so took my business elsewhere, where has customer service gone?? Aren't customers the reason your in business?? If you keep treating customers like this you may find yourself with no more customers??
