I always have great shopping experiences at Kmart Palmerston North. But tonight I had a particularly great experience even though it was a horrible moment, because my daughter injured her face when I wasn't watching her properly, and Danada the manager was incredibly kind and reassuring and supportive, staying with her and I until we got family support. Those are the experiences that make people want to come back again and again more safely, next time! Thanks Danaca!
Always love a Kmart trip. This store usually has what I'm after, shelves well stocked and tidy most of the time. Helpful staff when I've needed them. Many bargains to be found
Love Kmart in the Plaza! Always good finds from house decor to cozy PJs and even some teddies for the kiddos! Special thanks to the lovely worker with red hair and glasses who helped the other night, so helpful and made my experience amazing!
I drove all the way to Palmerston North from out of town to get a mirror that was said to be in stock online. It wasn’t in shelves so I asked the worker who “checked” out back and said it wasn’t there. A couple days later I’ve placed a click and collect and it’s ready the same day, so it’s hard to believe it wasn’t there and also a bit frustrating
its a cool store with great stuff but parents let their kids trash the place
