Over 2 months ago my partner and I travelled up from the Kapiti Coast & we spoke with Michaela, she was excellent! Outstanding customer service I tried to call your companies phone number & look on your website to pass on the positive feedback but didn't have any luck! Better late then never though! Fabulous service ! Thankyou so much Michaela for coming to my rescue today and refitting the car seat for me after it was removed during my vehicles WOF. Just in the nick of time . . . Great product for a fair price
Went to buy a booster seat today and the staff were so helpful..pointing out things we didn't know and let us try them in the car..You guys are awesome.!
There is a great range at good prices too. Only reason not to get 5 stars is that the staff I spoke to definitely weren't as knowledgable as at the other baby store I went to. I'd still go here for smaller things like toys and clothing
