Beyond amazing service in Palmerston north Pagani. I took my daughter there for a last minute dress and the salesperson was amazing. I hadn't slept after working nightshift and looked absolutely frightful and she didn't judge us at all. Wonderful assistance and beyond blessed my daughter can shop in what was my favorite store, until I had 8 kids myself lol. Off to buy me a dress tomorrow just because today she made us feel as important and valued as anyone else.

1 star for team members ... Staff members gossiping at the counter. Swearing every second word, talking about partying, drinking and being hungover. 5 stars for absolutely gorgeous dresses!!!

I bought a lot of wonderful clothes before year 2008. The femine design, quality of the material was always perfect, with affordable price. I also bought jewelries, and pink clutch from this shop. Customer service was always perfect back than.:. Still it is good today. In December 2017,I also bought two beautiful tops from the Botany Town Centre, Auckland, Pagani. IT was yellow, and dark blue femine design tops. I love the quality of the material, and price was affordable also. Thank you for making me genuinely happy by having those products.:.

We went shopping to buy dresses for a 60th birthday. The customer service was exceptional. Jasmine, who told us it was her first day, was a huge help. All the other staff were lovely and friendly. There was a great selection of dresses.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Pagnai has a great range of really nice dressess , at affordable prices. Highly recommend pagnai if you are looking for a ball/ special occasion dress.
