Why does Glassons have a rep for being rude to their customers? I spend like half my wages on Glassons & I AM ALWAYS there & they are always so lovely I just feel embarrassed having to dig under all the clothes just to find my size 12. I am also just average size I feel, but there is always only size 6, xs & s on top : Also I am like a little short like below Glassons worker heights & the tops, necklaces, hats, puffers etc., are so high I was trying my best to reach what I wanted & no one help me No biggie though I just feel for those under 5'0
Definitely suited for smaller sizes, good luck finding a size bigger than 10 without have to ask a worker to check in the back. Makes you feel bad when there clothes dont suit you because they are not made for medium or large body types. Clothes are also badly made, often thin and will fray.
Felt unwelcome. Not greeted ...ignored as workers chatted about diets and some boy I could tell you more as I stood there waiting for them to stop talking they did not. I wanted to try on clothes but rooms were full of others unwanted items. There was no one else in the store but me and 4 workers and not one of them looked my way as I stood in front of the changing rooms. Trying to find one that didn't have others clothes in. This is the rudest store I have ever been in.
Unfortunately not great customer service. Three young girls came to the counter to talk to one of the two staff at the counter and none of them made eye contact or offered to serve the line of customers waiting. Only one staff member smiled and said goodbye when we were leaving the store. The young girl who served me said hi and then nothing more even as she offered me my purchase and I smiled and said thanks. Very sad young girls working today :
Great customer service! Very friendly staff I had to exchange some clothes I bought online and they were very helpful and on to it.
Wonderful and helpful staff.. there was a top missing but rang them up and they put it aside for me to purchase the next day will shop there again
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! my friend and I got our clothes snatched out of our hands after trying them on and saying they weren't right.
New store is too exposed and aisles are spaced too closely together can barely get around without someone being in your way, other store was WAY better.
