I was totally impressed with the customer service I got from “H” when wanting to purchase a water proof jacket for Trail Walking. This guy gives customer service, over and beyond, and he said he goes out and tests some of the items Macpac sells himself. Although the shop didn’t stock the colour of the jacket I wanted, I was able to make the purchase online, knowing I had purchased the right jacket and it would fit.

I order jacket online already paid $179.99, order didn’t come, when i call them said we will let you know soon for delivery, 11 days gone still waiting for reply. Call them for further inquiry, they said we don’t know where you jacket, we don’t have any order in our system, you can buy another one from shop, when you get your courier, then you can get refund.. ?? Sorry not recommending anyone.. such a poor management... Thanks
