Cheap price for many products. And it is a big one of PAK'nSAVE here.nConvenience to pay, there is assistant to help you, if you donot know how to pay.
Just travelled from Christchurch to Palmertson North. To compare the prices of both paknsaves. Palmerson Norths paknsave is cheap even though some of the prices may be expensive.
Great store, competitive prices, friendly staff, fresh products, especially meat and seafood!
Extremely disappointed with the customer service received today at Pak n Sav, Palmy. Very rude staff. They overcharged me around $61.32 for the bulk drinks I bought today. Thankfully I looked at the receipt and went back to get the refund. They did not apologise for their mistake rather started making excuses like “they miscounted it because I was talking to them while they were counting”. And “I should have put the drinks cartons on the belt and not in the trolley”. They did not advise to put the drink packs on the belt otherwise I would have done this. And the lady at the checkout Anjali called supervisor kiwi women came and calculated everything but she never asked me to put the drinks cartons on the belt. They are making great excuses for their mistakes.nnOne was Indian Lady KOMAL and the other one was kiwi women with her rudest person, she counted the first time and miscalculated it but she never accepted her mistake. Both of them did not apologise for their mistake.nnThe paknsav management should train their staff with basic maths. Very disappointed with their behaviour and lack of attention to details. They wasted an hour.nnI hope Management read this review and thoroughly investigate this and get back to me with an apology
I do my weekly grocery shop here because it's affordable compared to other supermarkets. PAK'nSAVE always has different affordable deals on. I wouldn't go here if you were in a rush during after school hours because it gets really busy there's long wait times for both checkouts. I rated 4 stars because you should be careful of going here twice in one day eg grocery shop in the morning and fuel later in the day because you'll get scammed and be sent a parking ticket in the mail for being there for hours.
