This Woolworths couldn’t give less of a damn about you or their jobs.nnClick & Collect told me they couldn’t supply my bagels. Fine, whatever. I go in to pick another option… only to find the exact bagels I ordered sitting right there on the shelf. Went to the desk to point this out and got a blank “ok” and barely a glance — the girl clearly hates her job. Honestly it was almost hilarious.nnThen at the Click & Collect door, you don’t even get a greeting. Just a barked “ONLINE” like I’m supposed to read their mind. I explain the bagel situation and, shocker, still no care factor whatsoever.nnGet home and the tomatoes they packed which aren’t cheap are so rotten the entire paper bag is soaked through. We’re talking obvious mould, gross liquid everywhere. Like… how does that even leave the store?nnThe vibe here is “we hate being here, and we want you to hate it too.” Absolute joke. I’ll happily drive further to a different Woolies rather than deal with this circus again.
The worst Woolworths I've been in yet.nThey have nothing your actually needing. Like OMS health bars? Nothing! Yet Bulls four square has the bars and much better options.nWho ever runs the shop needs to reaccess because its a big disappointment walking around this store and only walking out with three things! Waste of time coming here.
Brilliant customer service. 5+ Stars! They went over and above what I expected of them. Lovely, friendly, helpful and warm staff. I even got a follow up phone call. As a customer I really felt valued. I love grocery shopping here as I’d had a bad customer grocery store experience somewhere else recently, reflected in another one of my reviews. Wow, what a contrast is all I can say. This experience has reinforced how I was treated at the other big yellow grocery store. Customers vote with your feet and always grocery shop where you are appreciated and valued. It has made a big difference to my grocery shopping experience and confidence, moving forward.

This shop is good abit big for my liking but needed Keto bread and they were the only one I thought would have it. Other then that looks like great fresh produce and aisles are nice and spacious as well.
