MashaAllah brother Tim whose the chef at the food struck is an absolute rock star. Stopped by his food truck while on my way back to Hamilton. Whipped up a terrific spicy pulled beef with a side of fries. A very fun loving and an easygoing guy. Would recommend it to everyone who stops by the food truck. He is also vastly experienced in making curries and biryani.
Had Chicken 65 for takeaway and it was THE MOST amazing thing I’ve ever tasted. 15/10!! Recommended
I had a Biriyani. Its not good. I was not happy with that. No taste, no flavour, its look like chicken cooked in the plain rice.
