We as a family have always shopped at pioneer and we love the store and the amazing checkout staff.nnAs our kids are getting into the toodler stage we decided to give click and collect a go.nWe Recieved Mouldy and rotten fruit. We sent a feedback to New world Online and they sent it through to Pioneer but never heard back from them.nnI am now concerned that any produce that I recieve has been in contact with mould. I would advise anyone else to wash all produce before eating. especially apples.
Was so impressed with the facing that all the staff in Grocery were doing, wanted to give them all a high five lol. Makes the store look so amazing. This one and the New World on Broadway are the best supermarkets in Palmerston North easily.
We have a New World I live ,but this one is bigger ,more varied and overall a good experience, The price on par with other supermarkets may be slightly dearer
Cafe that is now open in there is great. Good coffee at a good price and the staff are always friendly even when very busy
Some very awesome staff at New World Pioneer - specifically Coco in the Deli and Jazmyn snd Christina in the bakery area. Fantastic and friendly customer service that makes you want to come back.nnGreat range of products, plenty of good places to park and a fantastic range of good quality items from the bakery and deli section
